White, Milk or Dark Chocolate?
Almost everyone has his or her favorite kind of chocolate. From a health point of view, which do you feel is better for you? Have you tried Xocai Yet?
The process begins the same way for all three kinds of chocolate. The seeds first come from the tree; they then undergo a small number of processes and finish up at the chocolate making plant. But this is where the differences begin.
Some of the cocoa butter is taken out of some seeds as soon as they arrive at the factory. White chocolate is made from this cocoa mixture. All of the flavorings, including sugar, are put in and the mix is molded into the desired shape.
Both milk chocolate and xocai dark chocolate are made from chocolate liquor, which is produced from cacao seeds. Sugar, the chocolate liquor and other flavorings are mixed together. To make milk chocolate, milk powder and other ingredients are added. Powdered milk blends better with the chocolate liquor, so this is what is used.
The cocoa butter is favorable because it is one of the healthier kinds of fat. It is great for lowering the bad cholesterol and it raises the good type of cholesterol. However, the majority of the healthful benefits of chocolate are found in the chocolate liquor.
The milk products that are added to chocolate are a factor to the unhealthy concerns of chocolate. Additionally, milk hinders the antioxidants and perhaps with the absorption of additional beneficial elements that is contained in chocolate.
Finally, if health benefits are of more important to you than the flavor of chocolate, you should choose xocai dark chocolate, as it is the best choice. it’s also low in sugar and fat but high in antioxidants!
